Kyle Nemec is an attorney devoted to working with clients in achieving the best outcome in their criminal cases.
As a former prosecutor, Kyle has valuable experience as a trial attorney, handling all types of criminal cases, including DUI, traffic offenses, domestic violence assault, and serious felonies, including Robbery, Burglary, Attempting to Elude, Felony Assault, and Felony DUI. He also spent time as the senior negotiator for the prosecutor’s office, which is invaluable when communicating with prosecutors on behalf of his clients. With his considerable trial experience, Kyle is uniquely qualified to spot legal issues in a case.
While working in the prosecutor’s office, Kyle was often called upon to advise law enforcement during all aspects of their investigation of crimes. He utilizes this experience and knowledge in vigorously defending his clients.
As a former prosecutor, Kyle often saw the shortcomings of our criminal justice system. He has seen firsthand how inequitable the justice system can be, and how burdensome and frightening being charged with a serious crime is. These issues could not be fixed from within, so he left to work on behalf of those most affected by them.
Now, as a member of Puget Law Group, Kyle takes the same skills that made him successful at the prosecutor’s office and applies them to getting the best results for his clients.
Kyle is originally from Wisconsin, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Tired of the snow and negative temperatures, he moved to Washington, where he attended Seattle University School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate.
