Intake Specialist
PUGET LAW GROUP (PLG) is searching for a uniquely qualified INTAKE SPECIALIST to help catapult our new client onboarding and experience to the next level by helping to convert our growing inflow of qualified leads into new PLG clients.

Our Intake Specialist will communicate directly with Potential New Clients (PNCs), connecting with them on the details of their case, act as the “closer” in many cases, and play a key role in client onboarding, forms, and data entry process. They will manage our Client Relationship Management (CRM) intake platform from initial contact through client conversion, working with our team of attorneys and support staff in the process to ensure the best client experience.
Annual compensation ranges from $64k to $100k (base plus incentives) DOE. Prior experience in Sales, Intake and/or working in a law firm is a plus. Bilingual (especially Spanish or Korean) is just icing on the cake. An “A-player” level candidate will have most of the above, and be able to demonstrate prior success during their career in significantly contributing to the growth of one (or more) prior employers.
Position is full time (salary) and on site. Open to discussing remote work, depending on the circumstances. Benefits include immediate matching 401(k), Health (including Vision/Dental) insurance, HSA, parking reimbursement, and highly competitive PTO program.
