KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team and contribute to the success of a fast-paced law practice. You will be supporting an energetic and gifted PI attorney who is well respected in the area and the practice space, working as part of a 10+ attorney (27+ total) team. Work within a fun team-oriented environment and contribute positively to the office’s energetic and collaborative culture.

The ideal Personal Injury Paralegal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in managing personal injury claims, from initial intake to resolution. The candidate must be experienced and comfortable drafting demand letters and negotiating with insurance companies on settlements. This team member would also handle a litigation caseload and is highly skilled in filings/deadlines, MAR, trial procedures, and trial document preparation in state and federal courts.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Position is full or part time (20-40/wk.) in office position. Familiarity with MS Office/Outlook, Adobe and Clio (or similar CMS software) is a must.

Bilingual (especially Spanish or Korean) is a plus.

COMPENSATION

We offer competitive pay ($30-$43/hr) based on experience. Generous benefits include immediate matching 401(k), Health / Vision / Dental insurance, HSA, paid parking, and highly competitive PTO program (FT only).
